Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging must remain intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded.

Delivery Timeline & Charges

• The shipping process takes 5–7 working days, as we prepare fresh small batches only

We provide a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us for exchange.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us, the better. We dispatch most orders within 24 hours, so please ensure you notify us about cancellations at the earliest.
